Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites the public to view plans regarding the Tarrtown Road Slide Project in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County.
The purpose of the virtual plans display for this bridge replacement project is to share preliminary information on the project’s status, schedule, design, and right-of-way acquisition. Construction of the project is anticipated for summer 2027.
An online presentation of the project has been posted which outlines and explains the proposed plans and schedule for this project. To access the webpage visit https://www.pa.gov/agencies/penndot/projects-near-you/district-10-projects, click on Armstrong County Projects, then choose Tarrtown Road Slide Project. The presentation will be available from August 26 through September 23, 2025.
