Paving and Shoulder Work Begins Today in Apollo on Multiple Routes

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 10 is alerting motorists to paving and shoulder work in Apollo Borough today through October 25 in Apollo.

Paving will be on Route 2046 (Pennsylvania Avenue/Old State Road) and shoulder work will be on Routes 2046 (Pennsylvania Avenue/Old State Road), 2048 (Kiski Avenue/Cherry Lane), and 2050 (Jackson Road).  The work zones will be single lane restrictions with flaggers.       

In the event of inclement weather, there is an alternative date of October 27.                                                                                                      

Derry Construction Co., Inc., of Latrobe is completing this site as part of an $8.1 million contract which also includes multiple paving locations and pipe replacements throughout Armstrong and Butler counties. The contract is anticipated to be complete in early November.
