Interstate 80 Lane Closure Effective Immediately in Jefferson County

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing a lane closure on Interstate 80 westbound between mile posts 95 and 89 for concrete repairs.

Effective immediately through October 17, traffic will be reduced to a single lane while repairs are being made to the right-side travel lane.  A reduced work zone speed limit of 60 miles per hour will be in place between Exit 97: Brockway/Dubois and Exit 86: Reynoldsville.  Interstate 80 Eastbound traffic will not be affected.  Motorists should use caution and expect delays. 

HRI, Inc of State College, PA is performing the work at a cost of approximately $500,000.
