Changes to the I-80 Eastbound Closure Detour Route and Closure Area

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing that Route 66 has been cleared of the fallen tree and the detour route for the I-80 closure is reverting to the original route.

Motorists will at exit I-80 at Exit 64: Route 66 – Clarion/New Bethlehem, travel Route 66 south to Route 28 north towards Brookville.  I-80 is closed between Exit 64: Route 66 – Clarion/New Bethlehem and Exit 78: Route 36 – Sigel/Brookville. The anticipated time to reopen is now 10:30, but subject to change, as clean up efforts continue.
