Drivers should be alert for lane restrictions near a railroad bridge over Route 19 in Coolspring Township, Mercer County next week.
Canadian National Railway Company will be conducting the inspection of the structure, which is located just south of where Holmes Road intersects with Route 19.
Beginning Monday, October 6 and extending through Thursday, October 9, 2025, motorists may encounter traffic controlled by flaggers and should expect some delays.
The roadway will not need to be closed for the work as previously announced.
PennDOT urges motorists to slow down when driving in work zones, and also to be alert to changing conditions, avoid distractions and to pay attention to signs and flaggers. Drive responsibly in work zones for your safety and the safety of the workers.
