All lanes of Route 531 (Depot Road) in Harborcreek Township, Erie County are open between the Harbor Ridge Development to Firman Road, including the new turn lane at Clark Elementary School.
Drivers should also be alert for short term lane closures and traffic controlled by flaggers as needed while the final portions of the project are completed.
