Pipe Replacement Project Scheduled on Route 187 in Bradford County

Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised a pipe replacement project is set to begin on Route 187 in Terry and Asylum Townships, Bradford County, for a pipe replacement project.

Starting on Monday, June 22, Route 187 will be closed daily between Wyalusing New Albany Road (Route 2010) and Route 6, while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew replaces deteriorating pipes.

Work will take place between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily. A detour using Route 6 and Wyalusing New Albany Road will be in place during daylight hours.

Work on this project is anticipated to be completed on Tuesday, June 30, weather permitting. Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
