Roads in Crawford County Remain Closed Due to Downed Trees – UPDATED 3:30 PM

The following state roads in PennDOT’s northwestern region remain closed due to trees and branches on utility lines following yesterday’s storm.  

The roads will remain closed until utility companies are able to assess the situation and cleanup is complete.

Below is a current list of Crawford County closures due to downed trees in utility wires. 

  • Route 6 between Church Street in Cambridge Springs Borough and Sherred Hill Road in Cambridge Township.
  • Route 18 between Thatcher Road and Route 198 in Summerhill Township.
  • Route 77 between Little Cooley Road (Route 1037) and Teepleville Road (Route 1007) in Athens Township. – OPENED
  • Route 98 near the intersection with Springboro Road (Route 4010) in Cussewago Township.
  • Route 173 between Route 322 and Route 285 in Fairfield Township.
  • Route 198 between North Beaver Road (Route 4001) and Conneautville in Beaver Township.
  • Route 198 between Smith Road and Route 18 in Summerhill Township.
  • Route 285 near the intersection with Route 19 in Greenwood Township.
  • South Brownhill Road (Route 1007) between Route 77 and Teepleville Road in Athens Township.
  • Freyermuth Road (Route 2014) between Pettis Road in East Fairfield Township and Route 173 in Wayne Township. – OPENED
  • Main Street (Route 3021) between Mill Road and Route 285 in Greenwood Township.
  • Mosiertown Road (Route 4009) between Route 198 and Creek Road in Hayfield Township.
  • Springboro Road (Route 4010) between Hickernell Road and N. Center Road in Spring Township.
  • N. Mosiertown Road (Route 4011) between West Forest Road and Hecker Road in Cussewago Township.
  • Rundelltown Road (Route 4018) between Route 198 in Summerhill Township to Hickernell Road in Spring Township.
