11:20 AM UPDATE: The power has been restored in Lewis Township, Lycoming County. The temporary traffic signals at the intersection of Route 14 and Lycoming Creek Road (Route 1017) are in full operation mode.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that the temporary traffic signal at the intersection of Route 14 and Lycoming Creek Road (Route 1017) in Lewis Township, Lycoming County is not operational due to a power outage in the area.
Traffic is being controlled by flaggers. Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect minor traffic impacts, and drive with caution through the intersection.
The power is anticipated to be restored later this morning.
