Route 381 Mill Run Road Temporary Railroad Crossing Begins Monday in Fayette County

Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that a single-lane restriction is scheduled on Route 381 (Mill Run Road) from Monday, August 12 to Thursday, August 15, in Ohiopyle Borough, Fayette County. 

The restriction will be in place between Ferncliff Road and Garrett Street, 24 hours a day, directed by flagging. Traffic will be routed across a temporary railroad crossing constructed adjacent to the existing on Mill Run Road. 

Crews from CSX Transportation will be performing maintenance on the railroad crossing. All work depends on weather and operations.

PennDOT is not involved in this project and is providing this information as a public service announcement only.    

Please remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
