RESCHEDULED Interstate 70 Surface Improvements in Washington County

Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that surface improvement work on Interstate 70 in Donegal Township, Washington County – originally scheduled to begin Monday, August 5 – has been rescheduled for early September. Details will be released at that time.

Planned work includes milling and paving with saw cutting of relief joints by Lindy Paving – a $2.23M infrastructure investment.

Exercise caution while approaching the work zone. Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone's responsibility.
