    The purpose of the project is to improve safety and reduce congestion at the intersections of Concord Road and Bethel Road and of Concord Road and Engle Street, and to support the broader goals of the overall I-95 Industrial Park Access Study in Delaware County, PA.

    The project includes intersection improvements at the Concord Road/Bethel Road and Concord Road/Engle Street intersections. A roundabout is proposed at Concord Road and Bethel Road, and stop-controlled intersection improvements are proposed at Concord Road and Engle Street. The project will involve minor roadway approach widening, right-of-way acquisition, and utility relocations.
