Minor Delays Expected on U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) from Route 4010 (West Pitt Street) and Route 326 (Egolf Road) in Bedford County

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is informing drivers of minor delays from lane closures on U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) between Route 4010 (West Pitt Street) and Route 326 (Egolf Road) in Bedford Borough, Bedford County, from Tuesday, May 26, through Friday, June 5, 2026.

Single-lane restrictions will be in place for milling and paving operations on U.S. 30 from Route 4010 (West Pitt Street) west of Bedford and Route 326 (Egolf Road) east Bedford.

New Enterprise Stone & Lime, New Enterprise, Pa., is the lead contractor for the 3.4-mile, $6,059,067 pavement and bridge restoration project, which is anticipated to be completed on October 14, 2026.

As always, PennDOT stresses extra caution in all work zones. Drivers should drive slowly, eliminate all distractions, and stay alert for direction from advanced signage and flaggers.
