Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a temporary weight restriction will be placed next week on the Dillerville Road (Route 4009) bridges spanning Norfolk Southern tracks in Lancaster County. The bridges are located between Harrisburg Pike in Manheim Township and Garfield Avenue in Lancaster City.
Weather permitting, a 40-ton weight restriction will be implemented on Dillerville Road from Monday, April 13, through Thursday, April 30. The restriction will be in place so the railroad company can perform work under the bridges.
