King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that utility construction is planned on two state highways in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County, under a local safety improvement project.
Drivers are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, April 6, through Thursday, April 9, from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning, Park Avenue will be closed between Borton Road and Jode Road. During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Ridge Pike, South Trooper Road, and Egypt Road.
- Monday, April 6, through Thursday, April 9, from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning, Eagleville Road will be closed between Blue Teel Circle and Park Avenue. During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Ridge Pike, South Trooper Road, and Egypt Road.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
