King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Route 23 (Front Street/Schuylkill River Road) between Balligomingo Road and Route 320 (Swedeland Road) will be closed until sometime tomorrow morning, February 9, for an emergency PECO gas main repair in West Conshohocken Borough and Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County.
During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Balligomingo Road, Holstein Road, and Route 320 (Swedeland Road).
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area or along the detour route because backups and delays will occur.
