King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that PECO Energy will perform utility installation on Copeland School Road in East Bradford Township, Chester County, beginning on Wednesday, July 29.
Weather permitting, drivers are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Wednesday, July 29, through Friday, October 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Copeland School Road will be closed and detoured weekdays between Dunmoore Lane and Frank Road. During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Sunset Hollow Road, North New Street, Taylors Mill Road, and U.S. 322 (West Chester Bypass/Downingtown Pike).
Local access will be maintained at all times. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area or along the detour route because backups and delays may occur.
