King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that geotechnical drilling will occur at night next week on U.S. 30 (Coatesville Downingtown Bypass) in the City of Coatesville, and Valley, West Caln, and Sadsbury townships, Chester County.
Weather permitting, motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, March 30, through Thursday, April 2, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure is scheduled on U.S. 30 (Coatesville Downingtown Bypass) in both directions between the Route 82 Interchange and the Old Mill Road overpass.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
