King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that paving operations are planned next week on two state highways in Newtown and Warminster townships, Bucks County, under a $15.9 million project to upgrade stormwater management facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, May 5, through Friday, May 9, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure with flagging is scheduled on County Line Road in both directions between Route 332 (Jacksonville Road) and Madison Avenue in Warminster Township.
- Monday, May 5, through Friday, May 9, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a lane closure with flagging is scheduled on Route 332 (Richboro Road) between Hanover Street and Holland Road in Newtown Township.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
Highway Materials, Inc. of Flourtown, is the general contractor on this project, which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
