King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Chester Water Authority will perform utility construction in Brookhaven Borough, Aston, and Middletown townships, Delaware County, beginning Monday, November 3.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, November 3, through Wednesday, November 26, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Dutton Mill Road will be closed weekdays between Concord Road and Creek Road. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Creek Road, Bridgewater Road, and Concord Road.
Local access will be maintained. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
Chester Water Authority will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
