    Lane Restrictions on Interstate 84 and Route 6 (Casey Highway) in Lackawanna County

    Dunmore, PA – There will be lane restrictions on Interstate 84 and Route 6 (Casey Highway) in Lackawanna County on Monday, March 3, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to perform inspections as follows:

    • Interstate 84 eastbound between Exit 1 (Tigue Street) and Exit 2 (Route 435/Elmhurst).
    • Route 6 eastbound and westbound between Exit 1 (Marshwood Road/Mt. Cobb/Throop) and Exit 3 (Jessup).

    Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
