    Bridge and Shoulder Repairs Require Lane Restrictions on Interstate 380 in Lackawanna County

    Dunmore, PA – There will be passing lane restrictions on Interstate 380 southbound in Lackawanna County between Daleville/Moscow (Exit 19) and Gouldsboro (Exit 13) on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for bridge, shoulder and joint repairs, weather permitting.

    When encountering a work zone, please drive the posted speed limit, turn on your headlights, pay close attention to signs and flaggers, and avoid all distractions. In high-traffic locations, motorists are encouraged to use both lanes of travel to the merge point and take turns merging into the open lane.
