Pipe Replacement Project Set to Begin on Penn Avenue in Ralpho Township, Northumberland County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised a pipe replacement project is set to begin on Route 2008 (Penn Avenue) in Ralpho Township, Northumberland County.

Beginning Monday, June 26, 2023, through Wednesday, June 28, 2023, Penn Avenue will be closed between Bottle Drive and Route 2009 (Turkey Hill Road) while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew performs a pipe replacement. Work will be performed during daylight hours.

A detour using Route 54, Route 487 (Valley Avenue), and Bottle Drive will be in place for the duration of the project.

Motorists are urged to drive with caution in the area.
