Montoursville, PA –Tree trimming work is scheduled next week on Routes 11/15 southbound in Shamokin Dam Borough, Snyder County. This tree trimming will accommodate new highway lighting that will be installed at a later date for the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation (CSVT) Southern Section.
On Monday, May 4, a contractor will be trimming trees in the southbound lanes between the Routes 11/15 split and Baldwin Boulevard. Drivers can expect the right (driving) lane to be closed while work is being performed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Work is being performed during daylight hours due to safety concerns with trimming trees.
Drivers should drive with caution in the area and expect delays in travel.
