    Crash Closes Routes 249/49 Intersection in Deerfield Township, Tioga County

    Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised that a crash has closed the intersection of Route 249 and Route 49 near Knoxville Borough in Deerfield Township, Tioga County.

    The following detours are in place.

    • Northbound traffic will use Route 249 and Austinburg Road (Route 4009).
    • Southbound traffic will use Route 249, Merrick Hill Road, and Locey Creek Road (Route 4017).

    Drivers should be alert, slow down, and drive with caution.
