Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised a pipe replacement project will take place next week on Bridge Street Hill Road (Route 3018) in Towanda Township and Towanda Borough, Bradford County.
Starting on Thursday, July 30, Lake Road will be closed daily between Patton Hill Road (T398) and the intersection of Memorial Park Drive and Bridge Street (Route 3018), while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew performs pipe replacements.
A detour using Old Plank Road (Route 3020) will be in place each day between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Work on the project is anticipated to be completed by Wednesday, August 12, weather permitting. Drivers should be alert, expect minor delays in travel, and drive with caution in the area.
