Paving Planned on Route 54 and Brennan Farm Road in Mount Carmel Township, Northumberland County

Montoursville, PA – A paving project is set to begin next week on Route 54 and Brennans Farm Road (Route 2034) in Mount Carmel Township, Northumberland County.

On Monday, July 6 and Friday, July 10, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be paving Route 54 in both directions between Route 61 and Brennans Farm Road.

On Wednesday, July 8, paving operations will take place on Brennans Farm Road Between Route 54 and Navada Drive.

Traffic will be controlled using single lane conditions with flagging between the hours of 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel and drive with caution through the work zone. Work is anticipated to be completed on Friday, July 10, weather permitting.
