    Lane Restrictions Friday on Route 49 in Nelson Township, Tioga County

    Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised of lane restrictions this week on Route 49 in Nelson Township, Tioga County for a crack sealing project.

    On Friday, March 20, 2026, the contractor, IRD Inc., will be performing crack sealing on Route 49 approximately 6.5 miles west of Route 15. Drivers can expect the westbound lane to be closed between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and the eastbound lane to be closed between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers.

    Drivers should be alert, slow down, obey signs and flaggers, and drive with caution through the work zone.
