    11:10 AM UPDATE: Both lanes of Route 15 southbound are open in Kelly Township, Union County.

    Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised of a right (driving) lane restriction on Route 15 southbound between the Route 642 interchange (West Milton) and Col. John Kelly Road (Route 1002) in Kelly Township, Union County, due to a vehicle crash.

    The lane restriction is anticipated to be in place throughout the morning hours. Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.

    Drivers can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
