    11:30 PM UPDATE: Route 15 is open in Union County.

    Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised of the following traffic impacts on Route 15 between Ziegler Road and Hospital Drive (Route 1005) in Kelly Township, Union County.

    • Route 15 southbound is closed.
      • A detour using Zeigler Drive, JPM Road (Route 1007), and Hospital Drive is in place.
    • Route 15 northbound has a lane restriction.
      • Drivers can expect the left (passing) lane to be restricted.

    Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.

    Drivers can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
