    5:30 AM UPDATE (ROAD OPEN) Route 15 SB Closed in Union and Snyder Counties

    5:30 AM UPDATE: Route 15 southbound is open. 

    Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised that both lanes of Route 15 southbound are closed at the Route 147 interchange in Union County due to a crash near Grangers Road in Snyder County.

    A detour using Route 147 south and Route 405 south is in place. Driver should be alert, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.

    Drivers can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
