Bridge Cleaning This Week Interstate 80 in Union County

Montoursville, PA – a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be cleaning bridge decks this week Interstate 80 in both directions in Lewis, West Buffalo, Buffalo, and White Deer townships, Union County.

On Tuesday, April 7 and Wednesday, April 8, the maintenance crew will flush and sweep the bridge decks and bridge joints between mile marker 199 at the Clinton County line and mile marker 210 at the Northumberland County line. Drivers can expect alternating lane restrictions between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, where work is performed.

Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution through the work zone.
