Clearfield, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced it will reopen the right (travel) lane of Route 26 (College Avenue) in State College Borough at 5:00 PM and return tomorrow to complete patching at a sinkhole that formed near the intersection of College and Pugh streets yesterday.
The traffic pattern tomorrow will be the same as it was today, Wednesday, August 12. PennDOT will close the right lane between McAllister Street and the mid-block between Pugh and Allen streets. The closure will not impact the bus stop near this location.
