New Four-way Stop Implemented at Derry Township Intersection

Clearfield, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) alerted drivers that new signage for a four-way stop will be installed at the Intersection of Route 1007 (Feguson Valley Road) and Route 322 in Derry Township, Mifflin County the week of April 27. This will improve safety for motorists traveling through the intersection.

Previously, traffic crossing the intersection of Ferguson Valley Road, Valley Meadow Drive, and Route 322 was controlled by a two-way stop, with no stop condition for traffic on Ferguson Valley Road. The new traffic pattern will require drivers on Ferguson Valley to stop before entering the intersection.
