Uniontown, PA—Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing that a portion of northbound Route 4002 (North Greengate Road) between Route 30 and Blaire Street in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, is scheduled to close to traffic on Tuesday, July 28 at 10:00 AM.
Drivers will have access to the shopping center entrance.
The closure is expected to remain in place until late August, weather and operational permitting. A posted detour will be in place using Route 30, Agnew Road, Lewis Road, Brown Avenue, and Radebaugh Road.
During this time, Department Force Crews will repair the road from the subbase to the asphalt.
Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
