    West End Bridge Inspection Next Week in Pittsburgh

    Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing inspection activities on the West End Bridge (Route 19) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Monday through Wednesday, March 2-4 weather permitting.

    Inspection activities on the West End Bridge will occur from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day requiring single-lane restrictions in the following locations at the northern end of the structure:

    ·       Route 65

    ·       Beaver Avenue

    ·       North Point Drive

    Crews from The Markosky Engineering Group, Inc. and the Sofis Company, Inc. will conduct the bridge inspection work.
