Route 88 Library Road Overnight Improvement Work Begins Monday in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing improvement work on Route 88 (Library Road) in South Park Township and the Municipality of Bethel Park, Allegheny County will begin Monday night, April 13 weather permitting.

Single-lane alternating traffic will occur on Library Road from Washington County to Corrigan Drive from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM nightly through late October. Crews from A. Folino Construction, Inc. will conduct drainage upgrades, milling and paving operations, and guide rail updates on this $9.54 million group paving job.  

Please use caution if traveling through the area. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
