Route 50 Overnight Patching Operations Monday, Tuesday in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing overnight patching operations on Route 50 (Washington Pike) in Collier and Scott townships, Allegheny County will occur Monday and Tuesday, August 10-11 weather permitting.

To accommodate patching operations, alternating single-lane restrictions will occur in both directions of Route 50 between Greentree Road and Steen Road from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM each night. PennDOT maintenance crews will conduct the work.

Please use caution if traveling through the area. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
