    Route 224 West State Street Utility Work Begins Monday in Union Township

    Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing utility work on West State Street (Route 224) in Union Township, Lawrence County will begin Monday, August 17 weather permitting.

    Beginning Monday, alternating single-lane restrictions controlled by flaggers will occur on West State Street between Lower Idlewild Drive and McClelland Avenue from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM weekdays, as needed, through late December.

    Crews from Graziani Construction, Inc. will conduct watermain work. 

    PennDOT is not involved in this work and is providing this information as a public service announcement only. For additional information contact Chris Graziani at 724-658-9883.
