Route 2065 Thompson Run Road Drilling Work Begins Wednesday in Monroeville

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing drilling work on Thompson Run Road (Route 2065) in the Municipality of Monroeville, Allegheny County will occur Wednesday through Tuesday, September 9-15 weather permitting.

Beginning Wednesday, Thompson Run Road will have alternating lane restrictions controlled by flaggers between Frey Road and Old William Penn Highway from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM each weekday.

Crews from Armstrong Drilling will conduct core drilling operations.

Please allow extra time and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
