Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites the public to view plans regarding the Templeton Group Bridges replacement project in Pine Township, Armstrong County.
The purpose of the virtual plans display is to share preliminary information on the project’s status, schedule, design, and right-of-way acquisition.
The Templeton Group Bridges project consists of the replacement of the existing structures that carry route 1030 over Wiskey Creek in Pine Township, Armstrong County. The existing structures will be replaced with precast concrete box culverts. Guide rail and pavement markings will also be updated within the project vicinity. Construction for the project is anticipated to begin in spring 2029.
An online presentation of the project will be available which outlines and explains the proposed plans and schedule. To access the webpage visit https://www.pa.gov/agencies/penndot/projects-near-you/district-10-projects, click on Armstrong County, then choose the project name – . The presentation will be available from November 3 through 24, 2026.
