Paving on Route 422 Between I-79 Interchange and Lake Arthur Bridge

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 10 is announcing paving on Route 422 in Slippery rock and Muddy Creek townships, Butler County.

June 22 through August 21, there will be lane restrictions on Route 422 east and west from the I-79 Interchange to just west of Lake Arthur Bridge.  The left lane will be closed for drainage work and paving.

Drivers should use caution in work zones.

Contractor, Lindy Paving Inc. of New Galilee, PA will be completing this $5.6 million project with an anticipated completion date in October 2026.
