8:50 PM UPDATE: Route 15 is open in Lycoming and Tioga counties.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that Route 15 is closed in both directions between Exit 158 (Liberty) in Liberty Township, Lycoming County and Exit 164 (Sebring) in Jackson Township, Tioga County, due to a downed wire.
Traffic is stopped while crews work to remove the wire from the road.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for slow or stopped traffic, and expect delays in travel.
