Northbound Route 28 Bridge Inspections Next Week in Allegheny County

​Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing bridge inspection activities on Route 28 in Sharpsburg and Aspinwall boroughs and O’Hara Township, Allegheny County, will occur Monday and Tuesday, April 8-9 weather permitting.

Single-lane restrictions will occur on northbound Route 28 at the Highland Park Bridge interchange each day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day for bridge inspection activities.

Crews from Mackin Engineering will conduct the inspection work.

Please use caution when driving through the area.  Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
