Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 10 announced that work on a highway resurfacing project impacting three portions of Route 422 in Armstrong and Butler counties will start on Monday, June 10. The three locations impacted by this project are as follows:
- In Armstrong County at the Route 268-West Kittanning interchange.
- In Armstrong County between Worthington Borough and the intersection of Graham/Burke Road in Butler County.
- In Butler County at a bridge spanning Lake Arthur in Moraine State Park.
Traffic control will consist of long-term lane closures at each location. Glenn O. Hawbaker Inc., of State College, PA, is the contractor for this $15.6 million project. All work is weather dependent.
