This project includes replacing the Route 422 (Penn Avenue) Bridge over Cacoosing Creek to provide a safe and efficient crossing with a structure that meets current design standards. The current bridge is a single-span, reinforced concrete, T-Beam structure built in 1934 and is approaching its end of life. The project is currently in the Preliminary Engineering Phase.
