Bridge Inspections Thursday on Interstate 78 in Lebanon County

Bridges include I-78 EB and WB over Exit 8 Ramp B to Route 22 WB


Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that inspections are planned this week on two Interstate 78 bridges in Lebanon County. 

Weather permitting, on Thursday, September 7, the I-78 Eastbound and I-78 Westbound bridges over Exit 8 Ramp B to Route 22 West in Bethel Township will be inspected. Alternating right and left shoulders of the westbound Exit 8 off-ramp to Route 22 under I-78 will be restricted.

Work will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
