- Thursday, August 15, through Friday, August 23, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Route 32 (River Road) will be closed weekdays between Route 263 (Upper York Road) and Phillips Mill Road. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 263 (Upper York Road) and Phillips Mill Road.
