Comcast Utility Improvement Scheduled on Baltimore Pike in New Garden Township

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Comcast will be performing fiber optic cable installation on Baltimore Pike in New Garden Township, Chester County. 

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
  • Friday, January 26, through Friday, March 15, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday traffic shift with a possibility of work on Saturday is scheduled on westbound Baltimore Pike between Cedar Spring Road and Buena Vista Drive.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles, including color-coded winter conditions, by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
