2:00 PM UPDATE: Both lanes of Route 11 southbound are open in Chapman Township, Snyder County.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that both lanes of Route 11 southbound are closed just before Peffer Valley Road (Hilsher's General Store) in Chapman Township, Snyder County, due to a vehicle crash.
A detour using local roads is in place. The road is expected to be closed for at least an hour.
